CHANGING LIVES USING MUSIC

WHAT IS mellow mania for medicine vol. 1?

Mellow Mania for Medicine Vol. 1 was the first-ever fundraising concert hosted by Covers to Fight Cancer, marking the beginning of our journey to create meaningful change for leukemia patients.

This inaugural event featured a headline performance by Mellow Mania, a Utah-based jazz fusion band, joined by two other incredible acts: Yewbee, who opened the night, and Sunny Day Soap Opera. Together, their music set the tone for an unforgettable evening that helped begin raising critical funds to help leukemia patients access the medications they need.

Despite being our first large-scale fundraising concert, the event was a success thanks to the incredible support of our attendees, performers, and partners.

By blending live music with our mission to fight financial toxicity in cancer care, Mellow Mania for Medicine Vol. 1 proved that passion and community can create real impact, setting the stage for many more concerts to come as we continue expanding our programs to reach even more patients in need. We plan to continue our mission, and hope to make an even bigger impact with our future events - this is just the beginning!
